Scholarships
From 2023 to 2025: 7 students at SSC, 4 at HSC and 3 at university. Committed for 2026 to 2028: 3 vocational, 6 HSC and 8 university places. One parent: "The scholarship payment has helped me a lot in continuing my daughter's college education."
Gender equality
Rose takes part in the Tesco Gender Equality Programme: greater female representation in leadership, enhanced family leave, support for women-led businesses and an active employee-led Gender Equality Network. Women hold 11% of management and 9% of supervisor roles today; the target is 15% of both through internal promotion, especially in the new production unit.

Inclusion at Work

"We believe inclusion is about creating opportunity, dignity and a pathway to a more inclusive future."

Rose is proud to partner with Marks & Spencer and the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed under the Marks & Start project since 2016, creating meaningful employment for people with physical challenges.

Through this initiative Rose has employed 12 colleagues, each trained by the Centre, who work in various areas of the factory. Going forward, Rose is committed to employing at least two trained people every year.
